Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Google Adwords management and new client conversion, search engine optimization, web design, managing multiple social media accounts, building facebook business pages and getting likes, submitting clients business information to over 70 sources that digitally deliver this data to prospective customers. Managing not only adwords but also facebook ad campaigns also.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Listen to what they say they will do and get it in writing. Force them to prove what they say. If they agree to that then do a short term contract of 3 months. This gives enough time for the marketing to reach the customers but you’re not locked in for long term.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. How does all of this work?

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. With many years of marketing experience among a broad range of platforms, meaning lots of different industries and cultures, we know the psychology of the customers and what they want to hear. We are an Agency Level company. Professional, conscientious, structured, detailed, and caring are a few of the attributes that describe our work.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Applying the art and science of Digital Marketing. Ways of reaching the public is ever changing and we have developed the contacts and ongoing training from agency level sources like Google to stay ahead of the curve as well as access to the sources of information to find whats changing and how to implement it for your business growth.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What’s your answer?

A. How much are your services? How can you improve my Adwords campaign? What exactly is Digital Marketing? How will this help me? How do I know you are doing what you say you are doing? Do you keep track of my companies results? Can you show me results?

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. That once we implement these strategies my services are paid for and more. They can’t lose.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. Started learning it during my college years part-time and let it evolve from there. It’s something I love to do. I work well with people also so it’s easy to hire a team and manage projects from start to finish while making deadlines and reaching goals.

Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.

A. Improved the number of clicks on Adwords campaigns while at the same time decreasing the cost per click. Built websites, facebook pages, twitter account, along with other accounts that turned on the flow of customers like a faucet.

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. Constantly. If I have one drawback it’s learning too much. I do formal training as well as webinar training and reading online blogs, sites, and watching videos.

Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?

A. Changes in the Google Adwords platform. It’s like the cockpit of a 747 now. Facebook ads, search engine optimization, and upcoming social networks, content delivery services, geo targeting services like Foursquare, the rise of Google+, and how our society curates and exchanges data and information.

Q. If you were advising someone who wanted to get into your profession, what would you suggest?

A. Dive in and take in all you can. Take formal training as well as learning on your own. When you have a question google it and use all the platforms to learn. Cross check with other sources to ensure you’re getting the best answer.
